Sitting in the studio typing this makes me feel SO grateful for the last 2.5 years of studio fourteen 💖 flowers and a little gift for our member of the month, it’s the least we can do to say a little thank you to you guys!!!

A little appreciation post for our Grantham studio 🤍

Watching this studio grow and seeing the community that’s already been created there makes us so proud.

And a huge part of that is down to our Lead Instructor, Alex. The care, energy and effort you put into the studio never goes unnoticed and we’re so grateful to have you leading the Grantham studio.

Seen this trend everywhere at the moment, looks like my day… except it isn’t!

These photos were taken over completely different days, months and even years (lol) and some weren’t even in the uk! And looking at this you’d assume it was my day in the life and you’d never know, which is my point!

Social media can make it seem as if everyone gets up early (I’m a night owl so I don’t set my alarm any earlier than 9 unless I have to lol). Going for breakfast (most of the time I’m really bad and don’t bother having breakfast), having their nails done (letttts not talk about that, I’m guilty of biting them off last week and STILL not had them done yet!), being productive (I’m in the uk’s top 10 procrastinators) and alllll the rest of it.

Basically I’m here to show you what real life actually is, so you’ll see your fave instructors taking part in this trend but showing you their REAL day.

Some days getting out of bed and having a shower is enough to be proud of ❤️

If any of you guys want to take part too, just message us. I might do one too, but it will probably be a laptop screen and the same coffee in multiple photos 🤓

Hiii guys it’s Aimee! This round up looks a little different (especially pic 2 lol) the first pic was last night at 10:30pm running down to the studio to drop off some wipes and other bits & bobs!

I have been so MIA on here recently, I opened up another studio which took up lots of my time, plus being a mumma .. it’s safe to say there’s been a lot of late nights (iykyk, what you can get done whilst your child is asleep is where it’s atttt)

If I’m honest I have no newness to post but going through my camera roll finding these pics made me smile. I’m so grateful for the last 2.5 years but also so proud of myself (which I don’t recognise enough), you guys don’t know the HALF of it, who knows, I might give you guys some behind the scenes at some point!

You’ll notice some old faces in these pics, I miss you guys so much. I’ve met some of my closest friends through the studio, I’m so grateful.

Our lovely Mary!

Mary has supported Studio Fourteen so consistently and her dedication never goes unnoticed. She’s been such a lovely part of our community and we wanted to give her a little something to say thank you, so I popped into the studio to surprise her with some flowers and a block of 3 on us as our Member of the Month.

And of course, I couldn’t turn up without a little treat for everyone else in the class too!

Since becoming a mum, I don’t get to be down at Hornchurch anywhere near as much as I used to, but being there this week really reminded me of the early days when I was at the studio all the time and got to meet and chat to so many of you. I really do miss that.

It also reminded me just how grateful I am for what Studio Fourteen has become. It’s members like Mary, and every single one of you who continue to walk through our doors week after week, that have allowed my little business to grow into what it is today.

I’ll never take that support for granted.

Very well deserved, Mary. Thank you for always supporting us🤍
