Britain's biggest sporting celebration of climate action & nature! 2,661km - 366 stages - one mission!
Running Out of Time will be the biggest sporting celebration of climate action and nature ever attempted across Britain. Taking place between June 10th and July 11th, thousands of runners, walkers, wheelers and cyclists will relay the baton 2,661km from Ben Nevis to Big Ben; inspiring the nation to take collective action NOW to reach net zero! All smiles today as the baton made it to Bradford upon Avon! π Feeling inspired by the eco council at Christ Church coe school and the amazing outfits on display at Bradfords reduce and reuse fashion event! Thanks to all the runners including who stayed with the baton all the way till Trowbridge π

The crew had a jam-packed morning visiting 3 schools in the lovely green city of Hereford π³ Lord Scudamore Academy, Riverside & Madley Primary π§π½βπ« β¦ they all provided amazing welcome receptions to the crew & runners of the day ππΌ It was great to see how eco-minded the schools are, with forest gardens, eco-councils, solar panels, even their own π at Madley! ππΌ

Dani & Rob from Bike Worcester woke up at the crack of dawn to begin their 160km cycle from Reading to Worcester! ππΌ & they did it all whilst creating their very own one-take podcast! (Yet to be named)
They are part of an advocacy group striving to make cycling a preferred method of transportation π΄πΌββοΈπ΄πΌββοΈ& increasing the accessibility to bikes by passing on donated bikes either free or low cost to the community ππΌ Another of the groups initiatives is holding daily bike-bus schemes where school kids are chaperoned to school in a giant cycling convoy π Fantastic idea! π₯³
