As we celebrate 15 years of Fight 4 Change, we’re honoured to have as our Guest of Honour at our anniversary charity fundraiser on 28th November.

Tony is an ex-Olympic boxer, amazing coach and true community hero. He’s trained world champions, inspired countless young people, and used boxing to change lives.

Tony was recently diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease, and yet he continues to face life with the same courage, dignity and strength that have always defined him.
Tony teacher everyone so much about the sport, about fitness, and about belief — lessons people still carry with them today. His ability to think outside the box and make a young person believe they could achieve anything is something truly special. 💫
On the night, we’ll be presenting Tony with a plaque to honour everything he’s done for boxing, for young people, and for the community.

Tony, thank you for everything your impact will always be felt, in and out of the ring. 🥊💙

🌟 Empowering Journeys with Fight 4 Change

At Fight 4 Change, we’re committed to making a difference, and today was an incredible step forward with our “In Her Corner” program! We had the pleasure of taking 11 amazing girls on a day filled learning, laughter, and empowerment.

🎶 We kicked off our adventure at the Rockingham Centre with a Music and Emotions Workshop, where the girls explored the powerful connection between tunes and feelings. This workshop helped them recognize and express their emotions, fostering self-awareness and emotional intelligence.

🍽️ After a delicious lunch that fueled our souls and bodies, we took on the ultimate challenge at the Crystal Maze Experience! This thrilling adventure tested the girls’ problem-solving skills and highlighted the importance of teamwork and perseverance.

Throughout the day, we emphasized open and honest conversations, empowering the girls to voice their thoughts and emotions freely.

🥊 Through our boxing mentoring sessions, these young women have gained invaluable transferable skills: confidence, discipline, resilience, and teamwork. Boxing teaches them to face challenges head-on and to never give up, both inside and outside the ring.

Today was a testament to the strength and potential of these incredible individuals. We are so proud of each of them and can’t wait to see all they achieve.

🚨 NEW JOB ROLE: Mentor and Invertion Worker

Join Fight 4 Change and help transform lives through sport, mentoring, and positive community action.

📍 Based in: Peckham, Lambeth & Southwark
⏰ Hours: 16 per week
💷 Salary: £13,050 per year

We’re looking for a dedicated Mentor & Interventions Worker to:

💪 Mentor particpants from our  existing boxing programmes and create new fitness sessions in Peckham

🤝 Run drop-in sessions across Lambeth and Southwark for ex-gang members and those at risk

🎯 Provide mentoring in schools and the community to support young people affected by gang involvement

🚀 Develop progression routes, volunteering opportunities, and social action projects
🔗 Recruit participants through existing programmes and new referral pathways

Fight 4 Change is looking for a passionate Mentoring and Progression Manager to join our team!

📍 Based in: Lambeth & Southwark
🕒 Hours: 16 per week
💰 Salary: £17,280 per year

You’ll work across schools and community settings to support young people through mentoring and boxing-based programmes  helping them build confidence, develop skills, and move into education, training or employment.
