With great regreat the news of the passing of Dave Roberts has been recieved.
Dave not only spent many a year as a player and Social member but was also a person who stood up and took on the challenge of running and driving the club to the top levels it achieved in bygone years.
As chairman he oversaw a large change in structure and wanted a combined club as being a footballer and cricketer wanted all to enjoy.
He will be missed walking his dog around the ground on most Saturdays but also as a very influential person within the clubhouse....
