I approached the Goddesses in the order they were calling to me. And call they did.

The Full Weave is a series drawn from the ten Mahavidyas, the wisdom goddesses of the Ta***ic tradition — one class at a time. Class One is Lalita Tripura Sundari: the goddess of desire, and the three granthis.

Don’t be fooled by the scripted nature of this class.

Critics might say that a fully scripted class leaves no room for personal transmission. From experience, I can tell you the opposite is true. As you dive deeper into these archetypes, unravelling their light and their shadow, you come face to face with the Goddess herself — and that blasts the door open to your own transmission, rather than slamming it shut.

A few more excerpts here from The Full Weave. It’s a long booklet, and it brims with riches — something you’ll carry in your back pocket forever.

And if you’re struggling to find inspiration at the moment — I know, I am too — this will rekindle the spark.

A voiceover of the class, as I teach it, is emailed to you on purchase.

Calling all yoga teachers!

Have you ever taught a thematic class or a workshop and either vomited the entire theme over your unsuspecting students in one go, or got so lost in the sequencing that you forgot the whole thing?

Me too.

The Full Weave was born out of a very specific need: to deliver complex yogic concepts in a way that was stimulating and engaging, without overwhelming the room.

So I stopped announcing the theme, and started threading it through.

A line here, a sentence there — each one placed where the body has already arrived at the meaning, so the words land somewhere ready to receive them. Nothing explained up front and left to fend for itself. The teaching turns up inside the shape, at the moment the shape is doing the same work.

Class One is Lalita Tripura Sundari: the goddess of desire, and the three granthis — the knots we tie out of the things we cannot put down.

She is the Mahavidya of aparigraha, non-grasping. Not the absence of wanting, but wanting held loosely. Felt fully. Followed honestly. Never gripped so tightly that it owns us.

70 minutes, for advanced beginners, and every pose chosen so the body rehearses exactly that — reaching for something, and noticing whether the reach is grasping, or simply moving.

Scripted in full. Somatic notes on what each section is doing underneath the words. A pronunciation guide, modifications, and a one-page sheet to teach from.

Introductory price £15. The recording of me teaching the whole class comes to your inbox with it.

And if you’re not a teacher but you know one who’d love this — send it their way.

This is happening now

19/05/2026

In 2007 I started my company.

For 17 years I have worked as a simultaneous interpreter and translator, building something of my own.

Companies House are now threatening to dissolve it — freeze my bank account and pass my funds to the Crown — because I refuse to submit to mandatory Digital ID.

I have not broken any law. I have not harmed anyone. I simply will not hand my identity to a state surveillance system I never consented to.

The King's Speech just committed to expanding Digital ID.
This is what it looks like on the ground. This is what it does to real people.

I have also written to my MP But I suppose I'm not worthy of a reply as the silence is deafening.

If you are facing the same — or if you believe this is wrong — please share this post. I cannot afford a lawyer. But I can raise my voice.

It’s hard to talk about happiness when the world feels like it’s on fire — but that is precisely when the work matters most.
💕
There is a principle in physics called entrainment, first observed in the 17th century, it shows that two pendulum clocks placed near each other would, over time, begin to swing in perfect unison. A stronger, more coherent vibration will always draw a chaotic one into sync with it.
The same is true of us.
🙂
When we allow ourselves to be swept up in the noise — the fear, the outrage, the frantic scrolling — we become part of the friction.
But when we choose to hold a frequency of stillness, we become something far more powerful: a stabilising force.
A calm at the centre of the storm.
🌀
Every time we choose silence over noise, presence over panic, calm over anger — we are not just helping ourselves. We are also shifting the collective field around us.

As within so without.
☺️
Mystics, physicists and contemplatives across centuries have pointed to the same truth: one person rooted in stillness can have a radius of influence far beyond what the eye can see.
💪
Every time we choose to show up — in practice, in nature, in community — we are making a conscious choice to be a positive force in the world. Not by doing more but by being simply present.
🥰

The “Happiness Journey” isn’t a destination—it’s the practice.
🌿
Just because I named this event ‘The Happiness Journey’ doesn’t mean I have it all figured out.
🤓
I’m not an expert in happiness, and this isn’t about handing you a formula for “happily ever after.”
😁
If anything, preparing for this has reminded me of a truth I hold close: My work is my practice. My life is my ashram.

The real Yoga doesn’t happen in a perfect handstand; it begins the moment we step off the mat and into the messiness of our daily lives.

This event is simply an invitation to ask yourself one of the most honest questions you can:
What does happiness actually mean to me—right now, in this season of my life?
🤔
The inquiry doesn’t wait for a perfect moment. It lives in the doing. It lives in the choices we make when no one is watching.

Whether you join us on the 22nd or not, I hope you sit with that question today. And when the answer stirs, commit to it like your life depends on it.

Swipe through for a glimpse of ONLY some of things that light me up and a look at the beautiful space and are sharing with us.
🧘
See you on the journey. ✨

The Happiness Journey with Lisa — a morning of pure reset
Move. Breathe. Reset. Shine

Sometimes we just need to stop, breathe and come back to ourselves. This is that morning.

I’ve named this event the Happiness Journey because this is what yoga invites us to do again and again — live better and more fully.

Join me on Sunday 22nd March at , Hodges Bay, for a morning of movement, breath and stillness — ending with a beautiful sharing brunch prepared by the team

We’ll move through a dynamic yoga practice, explore the transformative power of breathwork, and rest into Yoga Nidra — one of the most deeply restorative experiences you can give your body and mind.

Limited mobility? You can absolutely join us for the 30-minute Yoga Nidra + brunch experience.
✨⭐️✨
Known as ‘enlightened sleep’, a single 30-minute session is said to equal up to 2 hours of deep rest — making it one of the most powerful antidotes to insomnia, overthinking and sleep debt that exists. You simply lie down and let it work.

Available to EVERY BODY — including those with limited mobility who are welcome to join for the Nidra and brunch only.

This is the first of a series of events toward happiness
