A series of 2 Sprint Triathlons that take place on Bank Holiday Mondays in early May and end of August, plus a Sprint Duathlon in March
The race is a 426m swim, 21km bike ride, and 5km run.

Would you like to sign up for a "Super Sprint" triathlon? The race would run alongside our usual Sprint triathlon? 1st Bank holiday of May.
(Super Sprint is typically but not exactly half a Sprint Distance.

Sprint distance triathlons based at the magnificent Hampton Open Air Swimming Pool. The event consists of a 426m pool based swim. 21km Cycle through the quiet bank holiday streets of Hampton and Lower Sunbury and culminating in a 5km run at the spectacular Royal Bushy Park.
