Childhood obesity is not something to be ignored. Not only does it compromise children's health it can also cause damaging emotional and psychological effects which could be detrimental for children's wellbeing.

Mini Movers Academy will soon be providing fun, active and educational sessions for under 5's in a number of nurseries and children's centres across London. Sessions are underpinned by the EYFS and incorporate fundamental movement skills to support children on their physical literacy journey - helping children to become confident, lifelong movers!
