Pilates Hip Extension is a great exercise to stabilize the core, mobilize the hips and strengthen the glutes and hamstrings. Hip Extension will also help to lengthen the hip flexors and is an excellent way to prepare for more dynamic movements. Practice this exercise to wake up lazy glutes and release tight hips.
