Mid-sentence.
You lost your words.

Everyone waited.
You laughed it off.

But inside?
You knew something had changed.

This is where confidence starts to slip.

Not because you’re not capable.
Because your brain isn’t as reliable as it used to be.

That gap is exhausting.

And it’s fixable.

I created a Brain Fog Reset Plan for women who are tired of “pushing through.”

Comment FOG if you want it.

You walked into that room with a purpose.
You left with nothing.

It wasn’t a bad day. It was brain fog — and if you’re in a senior role, it’s affecting more than you realise.

Not just the small moments. The meetings. The presentations. The decisions you let slide because you couldn’t find the words.

This is what menopause costs senior women every single day.
Save this post — and follow for what to do about it.

You’re not losing your edge.
You’re trying to perform at your usual level with a system that’s under pressure.

That’s a very different problem. And it has a very different solution.

If you’ve noticed yourself hesitating more, going quieter, or questioning decisions you used to make with ease… pause before you make it mean something about your capability.

What’s happening is often physiological.
Hormones shift. Cognitive load increases. Sleep takes a hit.
And suddenly, the way you’ve always operated feels harder than it should.

Here’s the part most women miss:

• You don’t need to push harder
• You don’t need to step back
• You do need a smarter way to support your brain and body at work

Because when you address the root, your clarity and confidence come back online.

You’re not starting from scratch.
You’re recalibrating.

If this feels familiar, send me ARISE and I’ll show you your first step.

You’ve worked too hard to quietly step aside now.

It was perimenopause. And brain fog is one of its most professionally devastating symptoms — because it doesn't just affect your thinking. It attacks your identity.

But here's what I know now that I wish I'd known then:
Brain fog is manageable. Completely. When you have the right strategies.

So I built the resource I desperately needed.

Nobody warned me that menopause could make me feel like a stranger in my own career.

I'd spent 20 years building my confidence, my reputation, my edge.

Then brain fog, broken sleep, and anxiety started showing up in boardrooms and back-to-back meetings.
I started second-guessing decisions I'd made a hundred times before.

Sound familiar?
Here's what I know now: what you're experiencing is not a loss of capability. It's a transition that deserves a strategy.

Let's talk about confidence and career identity during menopause — because too many brilliant women are quietly shrinking when they should be leading.

Drop a 🙋‍♀️ below if this resonates. Let's make some noise about it.

Valentine’s Day is around the corner.

Let’s talk about something many women experience… but rarely discuss openly.

Vaginal dryness.

If intimacy has started to feel uncomfortable
If you’re quietly avoiding it
If you’re hoping it will just sort itself out

It probably won’t.

As oestrogen declines during menopause, the vaginal tissues become thinner, less elastic, and less lubricated. This is part of Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause. It affects up to 50–70% of postmenopausal women, and it does not usually improve without treatment.

This is not just about s*x.
It is about your health and comfort.

Left unaddressed, dryness can lead to:

• Pain during intimacy
• Recurrent UTIs
• Irritation or itching
• A quiet loss of confidence in your body

The good news is that it is treatable.

Options include:

• Regular vaginal moisturisers
• Lubricants during intimacy
• Local vaginal oestrogen (low dose, acting directly on the tissue)
• Systemic HRT if appropriate for you

You do not need to put up with it.
You do not need to withdraw from intimacy.
And you certainly do not need to feel embarrassed.

If this resonates, have you spoken to your GP yet?
Or are you still hoping it will pass?

Let’s make this a normal conversation.

It’s my birthday today, and I’m feeling really grateful.

Birthdays always make me stop and reflect, and this year, what stands out most is how thankful I am for my family. They ground me more than anything else.

I’m feeling blessed and quietly excited for the year ahead. I hope you’re having a lovely day and feeling supported in teh ways that matter most to you.

Menopause doesn’t make you bad at your job.

But it does put strain on the systems you rely on to do it well.

That’s why brain fog shows up in meetings.
Why emails take longer.
Why decisions feel heavier than they used to.

This isn’t confidence loss.
It’s cognitive load meeting hormonal change under pressure.

If work feels harder lately, you’re not broken.
You’re overloaded.
