Most people wait for the perfect moment to start this process, or wait until they feel strong..
But this is the most backwards way of thought.
Leap of faith.. sense of urgency.. call it what you will. But your best version of yourself is on the other side of starting something big, bold and full of challenges.

Of course studies are showing the positive benefits of creatine, peptides and replacing hormones.
But none of these will make a difference if we don’t do the fundamentals.
1. Fix your sleep, 7-9 hours non negotiable- if you’re struggling to get to bed early set your alarm and hour earlier, won’t be long until you start crashing out at 9pm especially if you’re over 30)
2. Fix your nutrition- you can still over eat with healthy food, you can still eat the wrong healthy foods. The devil is in the details. I can help you find clarity here.
3. Train consistently- 4 days per week strength training and conditioning- walking on a treadmill doesn’t count, soz.
4. If you aren’t doing these 3 - no amount of creatine, retaturitide, HRT/TRT will do a thing. And the moment you don’t back your intentions with the first 3 steps, these will fall apart.
5. Stop with the negative self talk, your emotions and words affect your hormones (stress) and that inflames the body looking after your gut health and self view is overlooked.
We don’t fix the person in front of us in the mirror from the external, it all starts from within. How we speak to/about ourselves, what thoughts we allow, and holding a positive mindset.
Fear is a mile wild but only an inch deep.
This quote makes you rethink all the limiting beliefs we have about the things in life we strive for.
Not just parenthood, not just getting healthy.
But all those business ideas you have, all those plans you think about making and then all the tiny little reasons you talk your self out of it.
Fear is the enemy to our greatness, not our lack of experience or opportunity.

I don’t rely on motivation anymore.
That’s for men who haven’t built a system.
I train whether I feel like it or not.
I eat like a man on a mission.
I sleep like it’s a sacred ritual.
Discipline doesn’t care about feelings.
It shows up when life’s messy.
It leads when motivation vanishes.
It keeps you aligned with your higher standard—especially when no one’s watching.
Most men wait until they’re “in the mood.”
But the men who move the needle?
They build rhythm.
Structure.
A personal code they don’t break.
It’s not about perfection.
It’s about momentum.
One clean meal. One hard session. One early night.
Then repeat.
Because the goal isn’t to feel hyped.
It’s to become a man who does it anyway.

If you’re feeling exhausted, stretched thin, or like you’re constantly behind—you’re not alone.
And no, it’s not because you’re weak.
It’s because you were conditioned to believe this is just how life works.
Grind now. Sacrifice everything. Figure the rest out later.
But what if later never comes?
What if you’re still exhausted, just higher up the ladder… still disconnected from yourself, your health, and your peace?
I know the feeling—because I lived it.
I let work take over.
Skipped training.
Ate whatever was quick.
Told myself I’d rest after the next win.
But the wins kept coming—and so did the pressure.
Eventually, my body pulled the brakes for me.
I was wired and tired.
Running on caffeine and cortisol.
Sleep was broken. My energy worse.
And the worst part?
I wasn’t showing up like I wanted to.
Not at work. Not at home. Not for myself.
That was the wake-up call:
If you don’t protect your health, everything else eventually breaks.
But here’s the truth—
You don’t need a total reset.
You need small, deliberate shifts.
* A 10-minute walk instead of another meeting.
* Water before coffee.
* Stretching before bed instead of more scrolling.
These aren’t soft habits.
They’re foundations.
Because when you start treating your body like it matters—everything changes.
You think clearer.
Move better.
Lead with more presence.
And suddenly, the climb doesn’t feel like it’s costing you your soul.

1. Sleep – Set yourself up with a routine that makes you fall asleep and stay asleep. Start with Zinc & Magnesium before bed
2. Sunlight – First thing. Every day. In the eyes, on the skin means a long life
3. Breath – Control the breath, control the nervous system. Find the time to practice
4. Stillness – Silence creates space for strength
5. Movement – Lift heavy. Move often.

How do you react to misfortune?
Every single bad thing that happens to us brings its challenges but almost always, a silver lining.
It could be character development, by thickening your skin.
In my case it was time. Also gratitude because the day I crashed my motorcycle, I almost almost didn’t wear my motorcycle boots. If I hadn’t had listened to my gut, I’m not sure I would have toes..
If you want something.. health, strength, transformation, there’s no point just.. kind of pursuing it.
