!!!SUPER IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

So guys as you know COVID 19 is being an absolute t**t and stopping us from having fun. As per the SUs regulations and instructions all our future events are CANCELLED (had to drop those caps for you tldr peeps). We want you all to stay safe and not get the lurgies. That said if you wanna skate like many of us do I’d say grab your board and head to an outdoors park so you’re not cooped up. Extremely sorry guys, hopefully this will blow over soon and we can get back out there 🤙🏻🛹

Ice Skating ⛸
20th March 4pm
Lee valley Ice centre
To prove we do other kinds of skating 🤙🏻
£9.50 including boot hire. (Cheaper if you have your own)
Wear warmish stuff
The ice rink is super big and very cool 😎
The ice skating session lasts til 7 but we’ll stay until 6

11th March 2pm Mountain Biking 🚵‍♀️
At the velo centre at The Olympic Park. Meet at the reception at 1:45pm
Free but you need your student ID to get that sweet deal.
Bike and helmet provided, you don’t need a skateboard dw

This Wednesday (12th) at 3pm – We will be heading to Slam City Skates in Brick Lane then HopKing 🛹
• Meet us there at 3 or we will be at the East Gate of Campus at 2:30 if you want to travel with us, we will be taking the bus.

• Afterwards we are heading to HopKingdom to try out any new boards brought. We will aim to be there for 4.
o It isn’t a beginners night on Wednesday but everyone is still welcome. We will be getting there early so hopefully it will be quiet.

March 11th at 1pm – Mountain Biking at Stratford, at the Olympic park 🚵‍♂️🚵‍♀️
• We are taking advantage of the Get Active Scheme which is offering free mountain biking, just need your student ID card and they provide a bike and helmet.
• Meet at the reception at 1.

March 20th at 4pm – Ice Skating at Lee Valley Ice Centre ⛸⛸
• The session costs £9.50 (including skate hire) and lasts till 7pm. The ice rink is Olympic sized and very nice.
• Wear warmish clothes.
