Joining earlier in the year, Antonio has dived head first into the LowFlo training methodology! He has also read up on all the lifestyle and wellness documents that have been provided and has implemented into his daily routine. He has just hit 100 classes at LowFlo π₯.
So far Antonio has shredded 13kg! π
He has built himself a strong, mobile and powerful body. He is often pushing to top weights and numbers in classes, it has been so incredible to watch his journey so far.
He and his partner are always in daily at our early morning 6:15am class, rain or shine. The best part: they're always arriving with huge smiles on their faces and always putting their best foot forward, this is what it's all about π«Ά.

π¨ The LowFlo team & communtiy have a huge smile on their faces announcing this one: π¨
LowFlo's Member of the Year 2025 is: π«Ά π πͺ.
Joining on September 26th 2024, LowFlo was only a few weeks old. This legend walked through the doors and has been an absolute ray of sunshine, emitting positive vibes throughout the space on a weekly basis. Coming up shortly to her 165th class, Kezia has fully embraced the training methodology and ethos that LowFlo brings to Golders Green.
However what makes this post even more poignant, is Kezia hasn't had a an easy past and has very much had to face adversity smack bang in the middle of the face and say GET OUT OF MY WAY π€.
Six years ago after being unwell with ulcerative colitis for a few years, she surgery to remove my colon and get a stoma bag. This is often something that you cannot see from the outside looking in and if you ever meet Kezia unless you speak to her about it, you would never know. Not once do you hear negative talk, or "why me", Kezia has decided to accept what has happened and does not let it stop her enjoying life to the fullest.
A few words from Kezia: "This is the first time since then that Iβve felt confident to exercise safely and get fit. Thank you so much to Tom, Shelli and the LowFlo team for all your encouragement, support and great energy. I love being a part of this amazing community π«ΆπΌ"
Well THANK YOU! For being an absolute ray of light and always putting that front foot forward. We are so incredibly proud of you, an inspiration to us all and we are very much looking forward for year 2 together πͺ π.
