Want to be fit & strong as you age, but not live in the gym? Use the 75-mins a week I do at 53 FREE! Do the Weekly 75

09/04/2026

Making fitness a 75-minute a week (at home) problem, changed me.

Because I didn’t have any good reasons left not to do it.

So, my Weekly 75 got done — consistently.
(Comment “Guide” to get my method free).

And, I got in better shape than I’ve ever been.💪❤️🫁

But, now I’m stuck doing it, because I’ve got no reason to quit. 🤷🏻‍♂️

That’s where I’m at now. How about you?

Steve —

PS: I’m no PT, fitness fanatic or bodybuilder. I don’t even like working out! I’m just an ordinary (and busy!) husband and father, who’s found a way to be fit and strong in 75-mins a week (no gym required). And, I share it all free! Just comment “Guide” to get the free info.

I started doing this exercise at 51½, but…

folks think it’s risky or plain bad for your back.

Yet, I say my bad back is now much stronger at 53 and I suffer much less frequently from sciatica.

I believe it’s a controlled way to strengthen your posterior chain and core (plus shoulders, arms, chest)

They say it’s a shortcut to a back problem.

I believe avoiding exercising your back is bad longterm strategy.

Because, the muscles will only waste away and the bones weaken (through loss of density).

I don’t see how you can maintain a strong, capable back if you avoid training these muscles.

And I think this a controlled way to do it.

But, what do you think?!

Ps: I’m a regular husband and father doing only 75-mins a week home fitness. No gym. It’s the only fitness I’ve done since I realised I HAD to do something aged 51½! And, I share it free. Comment “guide” to get that.

Don’t love the gym? Struggle to squeeze it in?

You can do this! (Because I did)

I’m not a fitness fanatic — or even a fitness pro.

I work out 75-mins a week at home.

It’s the only fitness I’ve done since restarting at 51½, after 4½ years doing zero.

And I share exactly how I do it — totally free.

No secrets, nothing you have to buy (but options if you want to speed things up).

You could start today with anything heavy and an email address.

Comment “Guide” to take the first (free) step and find out more.

If the gyms not for you, there are other options — like saving a lot of time and money working out at home.

It’s worked for me and many other busy dads and moms.

If you don’t like fitness…

You don’t have to go all in on fitness.

Just do a bit consistently — it works!

And the results stick around.

That’s what i’ve learned from starting this 75-mins a week.

As a father, aged 51 and a bit.

And, after 4.5 years of doing no fitness.

Comment “Free” to go straight to my free 28-day program.

If you’re not into fitness, I’m with you…
And for you 🙌

10/03/2026

Comment “FREE” to start the exact same workouts I do at 53.

The only fitness I’ve done since restarting fitness at 51.

After 4.5 years sat on my butt and getting weak, unfit, and squidgy.

I couldn’t mash the gym work — too time consuming, too busy, too many other things I’d rather do.

But, this helps you live in a body you want AND protect your health.

Comment “Free”, while it’s free!

Sorry for any confusion, but I’d actually been on the junk pile a while —

Before I started this 75-mins a week (comment “Guide” to get it free) with a sandbag.

At the time, I was convinced I couldn’t workout at all.

Shoulder pain had flared up 6-months into my final flirtation with the gym.

Physio didn’t fix it. I rested it. 4½ years passed.

Finally, at 51½, I got my wake-up call — going for a friendly jog with a mate.

I’d been in denial about shedding muscle.

Because, I thought I was still pretty fit.

I was not.

A month later, I quit making excuses and just started.

After a couple of weeks, I settled on 9 exercises and 3 x 25-min workouts a week.

I didn’t realise then that I’d still be doing the same exercises and workouts at 53!

It’s my drill for living stronger, fitter… younger.

And I share it all FREE — just comment guide to get it.

Drop me a message if you want to know anything else.
(My sandbag is by — before you ask 😆)

Thanks for reading 🙏🏻
