Did you know that if your train muscles in isolation (without integration of the whole body) you actually teach the body to function incorrectly ensuring you will be far more likely to get injured and can never perform to your optimum. Think carefully before you perform exercises on leg press, knee extension and hamstring curl machines!

I have been having severe lower back pain for several weeks caused by being bed bound for some days.
But since Mark is as tall as I am but better looking I had concerns to be seen next to him...
I really appreciated working with Mark. It reminded me of the importance to take care of all those stabilizer muscles and focus on functional training rather than isolation training.
I used to be really good at that but got distracted by concentrating on trying to gain weight. Mark is an excellent coach who does a thorough assessment, really listens and customizes the training to your individual needs. I couldn't have wished for more.
I am now pain free and regaining functional body awareness.
