Fellow dog owners, what would you add?

I'm emotional - It's Moose's 3rd bday AND off to her Grandparents for a few weeks whilst baby arrives.

Not a day goes by where I don't go off on a ramble in my head about how much she teaches me everyday. What else are dog walks for but for deep meaningfuls with yourself?

Happy Birthday to the love of my life and the biggest pain in my butt, my first born. ILY Moosey girl xoxo

Want to better understand & support your ADHD?

One of the things I found hardest about my ADHD diagnosis was how you're just left afterwards with no support. No help in understanding what's what and how to actually start working with your brain.

I created the ADHD Audit for myself a few years ago to help me understand my brain and what I needed help with most. Since then I've used it with 50+ of my 1:1 coaching clients who all say one thing afterwards...

"That's the most validated I've ever felt in my experiences".

Before I head off to have my baby, I'm excited to offer these to you for the first time as a one-off session because I know how valuable they are.

The ADHD Audit and strategy session is perfect for you if you:

🌱Are newly diagnosed, self-identified, or still questioning “do I even have ADHD?”

🌱 Want to better manage your ADHD symptoms but don’t know where to start

🌱 Find yourself stuck in shame, self-doubt, or internal "shoulds"

🌱 Keep repeating patterns but don’t know why (or how to break them)

🌱 Feel overwhelmed by ADHD content online and want something personalised

🌱 Want clarity and action — insight plus practical strategies you can start using tomorrow

The last few spots for these are available to book now over the next week before I head step back to have my baby

Have you felt grief like this too?

If so, you're so not alone. Pretty much every ADHD I've spoken to with a late-diagnosis has.

But you don't have to walk this path alone - community and connection are core to the Well Rooted programme.

Because something powerful happens when you hear someone else say,

“Me too.”

If you’ve ever felt broken, this is for you…

🌿 Well Rooted is the group programme I’ve built for ADHD’ers like us —

Not to “fix” you, but to help you finally see that you were never broken to begin with.

Because the hardest part of ADHD isn’t just executive dysfunction.

It’s the internalised shame that grows when you’ve spent a lifetime feeling “too much,” “not enough,” or just plain wrong.

That shame? It fuels the people-pleasing, the perfectionism, the procrastination, and the paralysis that you’re so desperate to change.

And that’s where Well Rooted begins — not with another planner, but with self-trust, emotional safety, and a new relationship with yourself.

This 4-week coaching journey starts 30th June and is about:

✅ Letting go of shame and over-functioning

✅ Building the muscle of grounded confidence

✅ Setting boundaries without over-explaining

✅ Rooting into your needs, worth, and capacity — without apology

🗓️ Earlybird doors are NOW OPEN with just 5 VIP spaces left with the special bonus of 2x 1:1 ADHD coaching with me (worth £420)

🌱Comment ‘ROOTED’ and I’ll send you more details

You don’t need to be more productive to be worthy.

You just need to feel safe enough to be fully you.

You don't need more strategies,  you need more self-trust.

If you're ready to root into more of the best parts of yourself and to let go of the debilitating shame and self-doubt that is keeping you stuck in paralysis, dysregulation and believing that you just need to be more productive....

Come and join me in Well Rooted. I've been dreaming up this container and group coaching journey for 2 years, and now it's finally here.

I'm so excited to share what's helped transform the relationship with my ADHD self with you.

👉 Head to the link in my stories/bio now and signup to the waitlist where I've got a very special bonus offer for the next 6 people who join. As well as early access to the earlybird prices before I share here with the public next week.

See you there, C

Who's joining me next Monday?

This is SUCH an important (and tbh life changing) topic for so many of us ADHD'ers. It's what I see negatively impacting my coaching clients most and I spent so much of my life spiralling too. I can't wait to share my thoughts and insights with you.

📅 Date & Time: 2nd June UK time
📍 Location: Live on Zoom (Replay available if you sign up)
🎟 Price: FREE

👉 Sign Up Now: https://www.catribarrett.com/adhd-rejection-confidence-masterclass

Ps. Thanks to those of you who voted on my stories that I keep the sad, dysregulated Pug as the imagery for the event instead of swapping to stock inagery after I hyperfocused and spent my bank holiday making variations of sad pug collages 🤣

Getting dressed shouldn’t feel like a meltdown moment…

but for ADHDers, it often does.

👖 Nothing feels right
👚 Wardrobe overwhelm = decision paralysis
🧠 “Dressing the part” = masking overload
😣 Shame spirals when we don’t feel like we’re "doing style right"

Sound familiar?

🗓️ Join ADHD Coach + style coach for an IG Live this Friday UK time.

This LIVE is your permission slip to stop forcing it and start feeling like yourself in your clothes. We'll explore:

How ADHD impacts your relationship with style + identity
• Building confidence through your wardrobe
• How styling can help you unmask
• Creating ease, not pressure, in getting dressed

📍Set your reminder for 1pm Friday + bring a cuppa. Let’s unmask, together.

👉🏻 Got a question about ADHD or styling that you'd like us to answer in the live? Pop them in the comments or send me a DM with them.

See you Friday!

ADHD Rejection sensitivity is sneaky — you might not realise it’s happening, but suddenly you’re over-apologising, spiralling into shame, avoiding replies, replaying conversations on loop, or convinced you’ve messed everything up.

But you CAN build your resilience and tolerance to this emotional and turbulent experience.

I’ve packaged up some of my favourite tools for doing so (that I use on the daily) in my new Rejection Rescue Toolkit

🌀 You can download yours for free via the link in my stories and bio - go grab yours for those spiralling moments.
