TR 👇 guilt-free and easy desert anyone? 😋
Super yummy, easy and quick! Try it and comment below how you like it, or share your options with us 🤗
🍧For the base:
-any milk (I used oat milk)
-chia seeds
-oats
-honey to taste
🍧For the top:
-Baked pumpkin (I usually buy a whole bunch of pumpkin, bake it and store it in the freezer - super handy for salads, soups and desserts)
-cinnemon
-coconut oil (not a must- I try to consume at least a spoon of coconut oil everyday)
* If you like it sweet, you can add honey, agave syrup or anything as such. I didn't as the pumpkin is Derek enough for my taste.
🍧Some walnuts and pomogranate seeds to decorate and boost the taste! 😋

-Firinlanmis balkabağı (ben arada bolca balkabağı alıp fırınlayip buzluğa atiyorum. Sonra salatalara, tatlılara ve çorbalara kullanmak için çok pratik oluyor 😊)
-tarcin
-hindistancevizi yağı (bu şart değil, ama ben günde 1 kaşık kadar tüketmeye çalışıyorum. Faydalarını saymakla bitiremem!)
*Dilerseniz tatlandırmak için bal, agave şurubu ya da benzeri birşey ilave edebilirsiniz, ama ben koymadım. Balkabağinin tadı bana yetiyor 😋

Ben genelde mutfakta tembelim. Hep yemek yaparım, sağlıklı beslenmek adına ama tariflerim hem şipşak, kolay ama besleyici, hücrelerimi mutlu edecek tariflerdir (çoğunlukla! 🙈)
Kahvemin üzerinde yüzen şey de hindistan cevizi yağı. Faydalarını saymakla bitiremem! Olmazsa olmazlarımdan 😋
