Hear it in her own words, here’s what had to say about her journey and experience with the coaching program:

“Prior to working with Ofie, I felt that I had lost myself while juggling being a mum, work and life. I wanted to re-build my eating and fitness habits not only to feel better physically and mentally, but to also be able to keep up with my little one as he was growing day by day and I found it harder to keep up with him.

I noticed that she had pre/post natal experience which led me to get in touch with her and we scheduled in a consultation call. During the consultation call she was calm, reassuring and informative. We went through where I currently was with my journey, my struggles and my goals to build sustainable eating and fitness habits.

With Ofie's support over the past 8 months, I've learnt to fit my workouts around my life rather than trying to fit my life around my workouts and I've re-discovered my love for lifting weights. My daily habits have been going strong with me hitting 10,000 steps a day and drinking 2-3 litres a day. I've built a better relationship with food and it feels great. I'm more mindful about what I eat but at the same time still able to eat what I want so I don't get cravings and no longer binge eat.

Overall my mindset has definitely improved and even after the coaching I will continue to build upon all the habits I've established. In terms of physical changes, I've lost 12kg and I've built and I'm continuing to build on my muscle gains. Learning about fat loss and maintenance has been so beneficial.

To anyone who is thinking of joining the coaching program, there's no "right" time and it's always scary to start over but it will be worth it. When I started seeing the progress of all my effort and consistency it made me think "why did I not start sooner?".

is an ex-client

This is a recent photo of herself that she sent me vs on the right when we first started working together on the left

In her own words

”It may not be perfect or ideal but I’m so proud of my journey and so grateful for you. I am way happier with my self and overall, I now take pleasure in dressing up, moving around freely and even workouts and meal planning (never thought I would!). Actually didn’t imagine the impact of it all day to day..but damn”

So many coaches and programs claim to build “sustainable” fitness routines

Yet clients leave and struggle to keep up the results, or they go back to the habits they previously had

You’ll see lots of transformation photos, but how often do you hear about clients AFTER they leave the program

Here’s the difference

We have a tried and tested framework for how to get clients to be self sufficient

Everyone needs to have control of their own progress and take responsibility for it

But often, new or prospective clients I speak to don’t even know where to start

They haven’t yet figured out what works for them

We start with providing the structure clients initially need

Breaking things down into weekly and daily goals

Nutrition and workout targets, being specific

Making it as simple and easy to follow as possible

And then we gradually introduce more and more flexibility as clients gain more knowledge and establish eating and workout patterns

This works really well

But the catch is..

You can’t expect to build a lifetime of change in a month or two or even 3

This takes time

Different amounts for different people

For Zakiyah it was about 6 months

But she really was such a good student, she learned and implemented everything asap

She asked questions, she actioned

For others it could be longer

It’s an investment with both time and money

But when you do it right, it saves you a lifetime on pain

Of constantly switching between diets and workout programs

The frustration of trying to figure out why it seems to work for others but not for you

If you’re ready to invest in something that will set you up forever

I recently shared a video of speaking of her journey

It’s incredibly powerful so I highly recommend you go watch if you haven’t

When Anne sent me the "before" photo above

She said she remembers the day clearly, smiling even though she felt unhappy in the moment

From being in a dark place with anxiety and depression

A place of little confidence

Wearing baggy and dark clothes

Having tried every fad diet, losing weight and then gaining it back

Never really done weights at the gym

To being this confident, badass woman that she is

Doing SO many of the things she never thought she’d do

Losing over 60lbs and keeping it off for good

Changing her entire lifestyle

Giving up smoking, not relying on alcohol and food to deal with her emotions

Getting strong AF, building muscle

Overcoming her anxiety at the gym

Doing a professional photoshoot to celebrate her achievements

Anne’s truly stepped outside her comfort zone

So what changed for Anne?

She reached her tipping point

Where she decided enough was enough, she was going to take action and get help

We built a plan for her that was sustainable, and basically the opposite of everything she’d done before

No more low carb diets, no more cutting out entire foods

We’ve gradually worked on those binge-restrict cycles

Identifying stressors and finding more productive ways of dealing with them

Providing more structure and clarity

Breaking things down into daily goals

And just providing a bit of support and accountability

And here we are, same Annie, but just a happer, more confident version

It all starts with the commitment to take action

You can sit in an unhappy place

And it may not be your fault how you ended up there

But it IS your responsibility to do something to get out

There is no shame in asking for help

I can't put it better than Anne did

"What have you got to lose? I've gained so much"

Ready to make a start and start building the lifestyle you want?

DM me the word "Help" and we can have a quick chat

Anne's incredible journey of how she lost over 5 stone and overcame depression and anxiety.

An absolute inspiration 🥲

Just a little reminder that in a few weeks you probably won't remember that you didn't hit your calories and macros this weekend.

But you will remember that you had a good time, laughed a lot and shared some nice meals with your family.

Practice mindfulness but don't forget the bigger picture.

Happy holidays 🎄

Yesterday, I posted a photo of how far has come. But a photo never does justice to anyone's journey.

So here it is in her own words.

20/12/2021

“I want to be lean and feel strong”

Over the last 6 months, we’ve successfully put on muscle, lost body fat and changed body composition massively

Katry's goal was to feel confident in her body, look a little leaner and and to feel stronger

She’s a dancer alongside her full time job at a bank (ballroom, she’s great!) as well and wanted to feel really confident in her lovely dance outfits

The key to these changes has been having a plan and then implementing the crap out of it

Katry had been pretty active and felt relatively fit before we started working together

She had used several fitness apps to try and tone up

But she never really saw changes in her physique

What she was missing was a solid workout plan that worked for HER body and wasn’t just a generic list of exercises

We then focused on intensity, building up technique and some real strength while still prioritising rest and recovery

She also wasn’t sure about how to support her workouts with the right nutrition

The nutrition element has probably been key when it comes to Katry’s progress

Not just following a set meal plan but actually gaining knowledge

She read my guides, she watched my videos

She implemented the guidance and advice with deligence

She learned to manage social events

She's worked to get here

But I'm sure she'll agree it's been worth it, she’s feeling the most confident that she’s felt in a long time

She’s now in the reverse diet phase

We continue to build more strength and muscle, while keeping relatively good levels of leanness

2022 - lots of new goals and lots of achievements to come!

Massive well done

Angelyne's journey over the last 6 months since we've been working together 😍😍

Watch to find out how she overcame her binge-restrict eating patterns, lost 15kg (this time for good) and gained SO much confidence and strength 💜

15/12/2021

Damn, we’ve come far!

We still have goals to tick off but we’re celebrating this milestone.

When we started working together, about six months ago, she was in a different place

She was unhappy in her body and not feeling very confident

She wanted change and had tried to implement it herself

When we first spoke, she was stuck in a cycle, restricting her calories severely and then bingeing to compensate

She’d tried a bunch of diets and lost weight to gain it all back and more

This time, we did things differently

We started her off somewhere around 1800 calories (if I remember correctly) which was much more than anything she’d previously been eating

We cut back on exercise, including more rest and recovery

Instead we trained smart with a solid strength based workout plan specific for Angelyne's goals and body

And we focused on mindset and her relationship with food

On building habits and moving forward, just a little little each day and each week

The biggest difference this time was - she had a clear plan

No trial and error

Over the last 6 months, she’s lost almost 15kg

Confidence is probably the best it’s been in a long time

She has a much better relationship with food

She's so much stronger in the gym and has hit a 100kg hip thrust recently

And for the first time, she knows she will be able to maintain her progress

As always, there are ups and downs but we’ve found solutions and stayed consistent

So incredibly proud 😍
