People ask me all the time what I’m doing right now to support my health, recovery, performance and longevity.
This is my current protocol:

Two different lifestyles.
Left side was a version of me that was comfortable.
Eating what I wanted.
Training when I felt like it.
Not really thinking about longevity, inflammation, recovery, sleep, blood work, hormones, or what my body was actually doing on the inside.
I wasn’t lazy I was just living without the same level of awareness I have now.
Right side is different.
This version is structured.
Training has purpose.
Food has purpose.
Recovery has purpose.
Sleep matters.
Blood work matters.
What I put into my body matters.
I’m not just chasing a better physique anymore amigos I’m chasing better health, better energy, better performance, and a longer life.
That’s why I’ve started looking deeper into the longevity space peptides, stem cells, recovery protocols, inflammation, cellular health, and how the body actually repairs itself.
Peptides for me are about supporting the body’s natural systems recovery, healing, sleep, fat loss, muscle retention, inflammation, and overall performance.
Stem cells are about regeneration and repair looking at how the body can recover better, move better, and function better as we age.
