With the implementation of the NEW RULES, it is vital for swimmers to develop their body awareness so that they can complete their rotations to the precise angles (if you have noticed what the sport has become at the elite level). π€£
This will take a long time to practice in water, but a consistent high quality land training can definitely speed up the process! πͺπ

We really appreciate that most participants were really focused throughout the camp! We are not built for training long hours however it really pushes your limit to be physically and mentally strong!!
