Still finding cardio boring?
Mix it up and do your 30 minutes on different bits of kit.
Move swiftly between exercises so that your heart rate doesn’t dip.

Cardio vascular training!
Some of us like it, some of us don’t.
Benefits - can help lower blood pressure, fat loss, heart health.
Try to get 30 minutes a day, 150 minutes per week of moderate cardio exercise.
If you find it boring, try some interval training. Go easy for a minute, go harder for a minute or two, then repeat.
Minimum time is around 20 minutes to start getting the benefit.
