Today I turn 55 🎂
The funny thing is… I actually feel younger than I did in my 20s.
Back then I was overweight, smoked, drank a bit too much, and absolutely hated exercise.
Now after 17 years as a personal trainer, helping people move better has become my passion — especially helping people who think exercise is not for them.

This is my mum. She’s 83.
Sharp mind. Big ideas. Still planning AI projects like a startup founder.
But recently I noticed something worrying…
Her posture was collapsing.
Her spine curving.
More pain. Less movement.
Years of being sedentary had caught up with her.
So we trained.
Mobility.
Balance.
Strength.
Consistency.

A pelican made friendship with a stray dog, that visited the boat dock everyday . A man who watched this photographed the picture adopted the dog and and he brought the dog to the dock everyday so that they can spend sometime of intimacy with each other..
Hats off to the man and for his little act of kindness and generosity .
