Quick layover in Texas on our way to Cali and I was very happy to find two of my favourites at the airport!
Topo Chico Agua Mineral and which never disappoints around here!!

Our last dinner in was definitely our best one.
We went to the most authentic restaurant and ate the most , ever 🌱💖
I tried sorrel juice (amazing), we shared some panades, garnachas and tostadas then I enjoyed a traditional dish called “boilup”: boiled root vegetables seved with a creamy tomato sauce and dumplings.
A perfect meal for me!

Yes, we did have an up close encounter with some iguanas and I never thought I’d feel comfortable enough to actually hold one but I did and it was amazing.
This trip to was so rich in memories and first time experiences and it never fails to amaze me how many different activities and adventures are available in such a small country.
Eugene Sabala was really into this and the iguana was loving his neck rubs (more on that later!) - the tour guide said “you have a magic touch”…he sure does!
