Some of these clients were over 90 years old so what’s your excuse?! 🧘🏻‍♀️ It’s been a pleasure teaching Chair Yoga for Wanstead. I’ll be covering Ilford Chair Yoga next month so contact Age UK for information. ‘I would like to thank Sami for taking the class as our usual teacher took time off.
