Arm balances aren’t just about muscle, they’re about balance, confidence, and a dash of bravery ✨

In this workshop, we’ll make arm balancing feel friendly, playful, and totally doable. We’ll break things down and build them back up with smart drills to help you shift weight, fire up your core, and feel comfortable being upside down.

What we’ll play with: Crow & One-Legged Crow, Flying Pigeon & Flying Lizard, Side Crow, plus a few fun variations along the way.
