Day 2 of the Surrey camp!!

Day 2 saw the return of .power.health to educate the girls on their physiology and how their cycle can affect and enhance their performance. 📈
These sessions were split with bowling and fielding masterclasses for the girls to hone their technical skills. ⚡️
We then travelled to The Oval for the first game of The Hundred 2024 - a brilliant chance for the girls to see some of the highest level female cricket and be inspired! 💭
