Safety is part of martial arts discipline.
This weekend we hosted a First Aid Course filled with practical learning, real-life scenarios, and hands-on training. From CPR and recovery position to managing injuries and emergency response, every participant left more confident and prepared.
The energy in the room was focused, supportive, and full of great questions. We’re proud to see the coaches and members taking responsibility not just for skill, but for safety.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to such a positive and professional atmosphere.
Stronger. Safer. Better prepared.

Over 110 individual participants showcased their skills in authentic Traditional Wushu styles, Northern, Southern and Internal, bringing energy, passion and true martial spirit to the floor. ✨
A massive thank you to all the officials and volunteers whose dedication and hard work made this event such a success. 🙏
