“I don’t have Dreams, I have Goals”, H.S.
On to the next one!
I’ve learned a couple or valuable lessons in my Life. One is, Dreams are useless. You can dream as much as you want, but it won’t produce results. Take actions and have goals. Take responsibilities for your inactions and don’t look for excuses. Work for what you believe your worth is.
The second, surround yourself with people that are better than you, with more knowledge, with more experience. Be in a room with people that you can’t teach them anything but you can learn from every single one of them.
I am fortunate to be in such place and keep growing by each minute.
I am very thankful for those that supported me trough out my journey. Believed in me. Bet their trust in me. And were, and are truly happy for my accomplishments!

Curren shape @ 83.5kg average.
Stage weight is capped @ 82.5
I am being asked frequently when I will compete. The truth - I don’t know. Within the years of crafting my body yo it’s ultimate natural abilities I developed one skill that is a bless and curse. Chasing perfection.
Good - because you’ll always get better.
Bad - because there is no perfect, but only better than the last time.
With that being said there is always a risk also not being better than the last time. And this is the tricky part, and that’s the part that constantly pokes me - “ do you really think you are ready?”.
So, will I compete? When I will compete? - simply, don’t know.
At this current moment - I am trying to put a smile on my face whenever I stand in-front of the mirror because of what I see.

As a bodybuilder I get one question very frequently: What is your favourite workout.
My answer never changed: leg workout.
The next question is because leg muscles are your favourite? And the answer is way deeper than that.
To be fair my favourite muscle is back muscles.
However, leg workout is where I find myself.
When I am at that working set and counting the reps I encounter every problems and downfall I had in my life. Each rep equals the times I was about to give up. Every rep reminds me and questions “is it this time when I call it”. The answer is always: no.
And that’s why I love leg workout. Because it teaches you to do another rep when the whole mind and body screams - that’s enough.
That is a very good reference about life, when the walls are closing in, that moment when the oxygen is not enough and you are about to throw up. Asking yourself, is that it? Yet another day comes and here you, grown and continuing to fight the big World with the way you know - but stronger.
That is my leg workout and that is what is infront of my eyes with each rep, the question “is that it?”, and I am fu***ng loving it, because I CONTINUE!!

I believe here I am 2 or 3 weeks out of a show. Freezing outside. Hungry. But I had my strong “Why” and the rest didn’t matter.
Accomplishing your goals in any scenario in your Life journey is depending on how strong your “Why” is.
Why I am doing that?
How I will feel after accomplishing it?
How I will feel if I fail?
What will happen after and how it will change my life?
And, there are more questions that could be asked if you want to get really deep into “Why” I am doing whatever I do!
Be honest before yourself and have a strong “Why”!!!

3 ways to Boost your testosterone!
It goes without saying that naturally boosting your testosterone levels will have many potential benefits to your rate of growth, strength levels, body composition and general energy.
Even your overall well-being will probably improve, with joint pain becoming less of an issue for instance.
▪️Consume Fat
Whenever I see a diet which has eliminated fat or even restricted it aggressively I feel frustrated because whilst it might get somebody lean, the only reason that has happened is because they've restricted calories.
However, by removing an entire macro group such as fats you are ultimately making it extremely hard for your body to produce significant amounts of testosterone. In order to continuously produce enough testosterone the body relies on fat specifically (the leydig cells need this to produce testosterone!).
In my experience with my clients having a healthy blend of Omega 3 based fats along with some saturated fats is a great overall combination. In terms of amounts this will totally depend on your overall calorie intake, weight, goals and body composition.
▪️Sleep Properly
If your sleeping pattern is out of sync then you will find that it's likely your natural testosterone production might suffer.
When you sleep your anabolic hormones, including testosterone peak which is why it is crucial to do everything you can do fall into a deep sleep. Limiting caffeine/stimulants later in the day is a must, and it might be advisable to supplement with magnesium to enhance your sleep quality.
The main reason I always buy my clients with “how is your sleep quality?”
▪️Challenge Yourself
Another key aspect of boosting natural testosterone production is to challenge yourself in the gym! Gradually increase the weight you're lifting and the amount of reps you're achieving, the overload which this stimulates can lead to a boost in testosterone provided your diet is in place.
People who work with me will understand more why I make them struggle under many different approaches!
▪️Other things to consider are zinc, staying lean to limit oestrogen levels and therefore aromatisation.

Let’s talk about genetics.

Let’s talk about for all haters who know just to point the finger at the competitors and take away their hard work and dedication with a simple word “genetics”.
I know I am not the only one, but I can talk about myself.
Those are my genetics.
8 years apart.
8 years that I can show to anybody my training programmes, what I have lifted, what I have eaten.
Week by week assessed, progressed, changed if needed and applied.
Before blaming your genetics or taking away someone’s success light handed to justify your laziness and lack of discipline…
Think!
