What to do if you want to keep training during Ramadan:
1️⃣ Train close to Iftar or after eating for better energy.
2️⃣ Prioritize strength training over cardio to maintain muscle.
3️⃣ Keep workouts short and efficient — maximum 45 minutes.
4️⃣ Stay well hydrated between Iftar and Suhoor.
5️⃣ Eat balanced meals with protein, carbs, and healthy fats.
