We are supporting the Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK), Resuscitation Council UK (RCUK), and other first aid awarding bodies this October with Restart A Heart 🫀

The campaign aims to raise awareness of cardiac arrests and teach people how to perform CPR and use a defibrillator. This vital skill can save lives - and every second counts!

On the track at Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre we deliver a free Couch to 5K programme in partnership with London Borough of Waltham Forest.

The sessions which take place on Saturday mornings involve walking, a variety of different pace jogging and lots of stretching.

Our weight loss plan combines weight management workshops, nutritional advice and physical activity alongside behaviour change techniques taught by our dedicated team of Health coaches.
