Inset day: what is your workplace doing for you?
Each week I attend this nursery to share yoga with the children as the nursery manager sees value in this offering to them. But she also sees the value in offering this to her staff. I think they all felt the benefits of the asana practice after relaxation!☺️ 🧘🏾♀️
