Depression continues to be one of the most commonly diagnosed forms of mental distress in our society. We are delighted to share this paper with you which adds to the burgeoning evidence-base demonstrating yoga's benefits to people struggling with depression.
The findings of this study suggest that the physical postures of yoga (asana) may possess depressive symptom reduction benefits, particularly as life stressors increase.
