Getting a new bike for the kids for Christmas? Not sure how to put it together? If you are having a bike delivered boxed, or buying second hand I can give piece of mind by assembling your bike correctly, and giving it a safety check. Well it’s been ages since I posted anything! So much has changed and its been a very difficult time for so many people for so many reasons. Ive been luck that I’ve been able to do some work and keep my self busy, getting involved in some local work with Cycletastic running a Dr bike for 20 weeks last year and a cycling project at The Granville center with Cycletastic. I have diversified by offering local bike maintenance and repairs in my local area and have really enjoyed helping lots of people enjoy cycling during lockdown 1,2 and 3. I continue to work with Camden as a cycle instructor but there has been very little work.
If you need a repair or want to learn some new road skills or boost your confidence or want some advise with anything cycling then please get in touch.

One young man conquered his fears of falling and is now cycling under his own steam! Brilliant!
In Regent’s Park a great young lady got cycling after 2 lessons, amazing! Yesterday another new cyclist got pedalling, starting and stopping all by herself! Super Stuff!
The young lady in the video was amazing setting a new record of about 5 minutes to get riding her bike. In an hour she went from non rider to being in complete control of her bike and being able to use the gears and understand which gear to be in. Well done!

I had a busy half term in north and south London, it was brilliant! This excellent chap is here showing off his skills. He can now make the bike go where he wants, he has controlled braking and sets himself off and all in 2 lessons, amazing stuff. He has all the skills to be a safe, confident cyclist. Bonza biker in Bishops Cleeve, Gloucestershire. Another 2 wheeling tot hits the trail! After I made basic bike adjustments to ensure safety and a good fit, this young chap balanced then pedalled, stopping sensibly using his brakes. Well done.
