💜 Farewell to our incredible coach 💜

It’s time to say a huge thank you and goodbye to one of HPNC’s absolute legends 🥹

Shaz first joined the club as a player in 2007, and for the past 4 years has coached alongside creating the ultimate coaching Duo.

Last week was Shaz’s last coaching session with us, and what a journey it’s been. The strategic coaching sessions, match day pep talks, and the belief you’ve had in every single one of us, we can’t thank you enough 🫶

HPNC wouldn’t be what it is today without you. You’ve shaped our teams, our players, and the culture of this club in ways that will carry on for years to come. We wish you all the best in this next chapter!

A tale of two halves this weekend! Our Regional and C teams brought home the wins 🏆 while A and B had tougher outings. Can’t win them all, but we’ll take 2 from 4! That’s the penultimate match day done, just one more round to go in April. Let’s finish the season strong 💪

💜 Busy Weekend for Hyde Park! 💜
 
A full-on weekend for the club with games across both Saturday and Sunday. Lots of netball, lots of miles covered, and plenty of purple pride on show! 💪
 
Some really strong performances in there, with great wins for our Regional, B, and C teams. A tougher set of games on Sunday for our other teams, but still plenty of positives to take away and good experience against strong opposition 💜

🚨 Level 2 Coach wanted! 🚨

We’re a North London netball club looking for a Level 2 coach to join our club 💜 If you’re a Level 1 Coach keen to build your experience and looking to work towards your Level 2, we’re open to supporting the right person on their journey.

Hyde Park is led by Head Coach Halimat Adio (London Pulse and England Roses player), so you’ll be part of a really strong coaching environment with loads of support and insight at training.

We’re looking for someone who’s happy to take ownership of the teams, while also working alongside Hali when she’s leading sessions, a great balance of autonomy and support.

We’ve got 4 teams across a range of levels (Regional 1 through to County Div 3), so there’s plenty of opportunity to get involved and make an impact.

Training is on Wednesdays, with matches on Saturdays, so availability for both is important!

Most importantly, we’re a friendly club with a great atmosphere and a genuine love for the game 🫶

We had a BIG win for our Regional team - maasive congrats! They put in such a strong performance and the score shows!
 
Our A and B teams both had tough matches against strong sides but kept working hard and sticking together right to the end. And our C team were involved in a super close games that finished all square with only 6 players, well done gals 💜
