Could your team do with a boost? A bit more confidence, clarity, better communication - or simply a fresh perspective from someone who's seen it all?
I've been working with corporates, SMEs and public sector organisations for over 20 years - from the London School of Economics to McCann Erickson Europe, Visa Europe and beyond.
Whether it's executive leadership coaching, team development, confidence building, communication skills or work/life balance - I create bespoke programmes that actually move the needle. Not box-ticking exercises. Real, lasting change.
I work with senior management, team leaders and the people who hold organisations together - helping them think more strategically, lead more effectively and show up as the best version of themselves.
If you're a business owner or HR lead thinking about investing in your people - let's have a conversation. It could be the best call you make this year.

If I were writing the CV of my life, would I be truly honest about my skills? Sure, I'd put down making a mean chilli sauce and cutting a great rug to Tainted Love - but would I also add "well practised in being unreliable" and "top scorer in the self-ghosting league"? 😅
Integrity used to be like a solid old oak table in the middle of the family home. Something to lean on. Always there. Now it's more of a running buffet - pick what suits you, depending on the get-out clause you need at the time.
But here's the truth. The biggest casualty of the Integrity Buffet is usually ourselves.
We ghost and gaslight ourselves with micro excuses. We say we'll do things we know we won't. And slowly - quietly - we start to lose faith in ourselves.
As Mark Manson put it, an underrated cheat code in life is being incredibly reliable. No cape required.
My simple integrity boosters: ✅
Show up on time
Do what you say you will (the rest is hot air)
Own your mistakes
Be realistic about what you can do
Don't say yes just to look good
The payback? You feel more confident. You know your limits. You feel authentic. No more masking, excusing, or performing "good person" - you'll just be one.
Being in integrity means being your word. If you're not your word - then who are you? 💛

My VA mocked up this picture of me with one of my all-time favourite punk bands, The Slits. I think I could have been a brilliant fifth member. Just saying. 🎸
If you're new here - hello! I'm Carole-Ann. I call myself the Real Coach, and there's a reason for that.
I grew up on a council estate in sixties London. Shy kid. Bookish. Hid behind a curtain of hair, longing for a different life - checking every wardrobe for the magic door.
Then punk happened. New hair. New tribe. New voice. And for the first time I understood something that would shape everything that followed - that people could choose to change themselves.
That idea never left me.
I went on to become a journalist, Fashion & Lifestyle Editor, Restaurant Critic - and eventually landed my own column in the Daily Express. I've coached everyone from CEOs to students, supermodels to stay-at-home mums. I've presented at a film festival in Monaco. I ran a half marathon in my fifties.
None of it happened by accident. And none of it was handed to me.
I call myself the Real Coach because I've been where you are. Whatever your challenge - business, personal, or something else entirely - I've heard it before. And I know how to help.
What I give my clients is simple: confidence, clarity, and real results. Not limp improvements that fade away.
If you're at a crossroads, a roadblock, or a brick wall - you're in the right place. It all starts with a single step. 💛

There are a few things even the most honest person won’t admit: being a terrible driver, a lacklustre lover, or proudly tight.
But ungenerosity rarely looks dramatic. It’s quiet. Polite. Disguised as “discernment”, “boundaries”, or the classic “I just didn’t think of it.” Some people seem biologically unable to give a compliment - as if praise will put them in emotional debt.
But compliments aren’t gold bullion. They don’t diminish when you give them. People are starved of being appreciated.
Generosity isn’t about losing anything - it’s about remembering how much room you actually have. Say the kind thing. Share the contact. Pass on the idea. Notice what happens to you.
Because generosity doesn’t make you smaller.
It expands you.

Sometimes people ask, “Why should I book a call with you?”
And honestly - you won’t know until we actually speak.
In 30 minutes you’ll get a real taste of how I coach: the humour, the honesty, the gentle rocket fuel, and the bit where you suddenly realise you’ve said something life‑changing without meaning to. That’s the magic.
There’s no pressure, no obligation, no sales pitch. Just you, me, and a conversation that might be the start of something rather wonderful. If you’re curious, if you’re stuck, or if you’re simply ready for more… book your call and let’s see what opens up.
I look forward to talking.

I always smile when clients try to avoid writing a “cheesy testimonial”… and then accidentally write the best one.
When someone says they couldn’t fit the change they’ve experienced into a book - well, that’s the kind of feedback I make myself receive without deflecting.
Coaching isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about finally meeting the version of yourself you always suspected was in there. The one who says “OMG, what was I doing with my life?” and means it.
If that’s an epiphany, I’ll happily take the blame.
