I think we can all agree this was an amazing transformation from my client Mark. He was an avid gym goer but he had never quite seen the results he wanted. 😠 ⁣⁣

It wasn’t a case of working harder but instead working smarter. 🤔 ⁣⁣

The two biggest things we did were to increase his daily step count and to tweak his nutritional choices. 🏃 🥗 🍗 ⁣⁣
