Phew!!
Runners are always gonna trip but thx to strength & core work they won't always fall. Today I was reminded of this. I tripped on a pot hole & nearly came a cropper like this guy. But I was able to react quickly & push back with legs & core against the forces pulling me downward - saving myself from a nasty tarmac rash or worse a broken wrist or collarbone. I may not be so lucky next time but for now I live to run another day.

If you are working from home in E11/E12/E7/E17 and not able to get to your usual gym .. we can help. We can offer sessions in your garden or local park - all with the required social distance.

BOOT CAMP 2019 UPDATE
Due to all our trainers being booked up with one-to-one PT sessions, we will not be able to offer a full spring/summer programme of boot camp courses this year. Instead we hope to offer a shorter programme of courses in May or June 2019. More information to follow.
