What makes Wing Chun so effective?

It all comes down to three key principles:

🥋 Centre Line Attack & Defence – Protect your centre while attacking your opponent’s. The shortest path between two points is a straight line.

🥋 Simultaneous Attack & Defence – Why block then strike when you can do both at the same time? Wing Chun teaches efficiency in every movement.

🥋 Short Range Power – Generate powerful strikes from close range without needing large, obvious movements.

These principles allow Wing Chun practitioners to react quickly, stay efficient, and develop practical self-defence skills for real-world situations. It’s all about economy of motion!
