Kicking off the grass court season in style 🌱☀️🎾

Members came together this afternoon for our first grass court social of the summer, soaking up the bank holiday sunshine. Cream tea on the house, plenty of great tennis, and lots of new connections made

What a way to start the season!

Weather Glorious, Team Victorious!

Derby day in West London with the Men’s 2nd Team claiming the local bragging rights with a 4-0 win over in a highly entertaining fixture.

Congratulations to Elie, Hal, Hammy and Matt for the stellar performance (particularly Hal for bringing wraps(?), and Hammy for making it a proper derby).

A proper first sunny weekend of the season, with members proudly representing nations from across the club in a day that celebrates everything Richmond Lawn Tennis Club is about — great tennis, great people, and great community spirit.

Plenty of food, plenty of Pimm’s, and plenty of competitive fun 🍓🍹

Huge thanks to Adrian and Michael for organising another fantastic event 👏

Congrats to Team England, led by the fearless Toby, on their win. Hopefully not the only trophy England win this summer.

Grass courts, summer season and tournament tennis coming soon… let’s go 🌱🎾

FINAL BOX LEAGUE DAY:
Get those final (first!) matches in.

Embrace the sun, welcome the cold, bask in the light, welcome the dark.
Encourage the challenge, learn from the fails.
All is part of life’s natural travails.
