This is one delicious and indulgent breakfast or brunch if you have 5 extra minutes in the kitchen to get this cooked! With over 30g protein in this recipe it’s sure to keep you full all morning! Calories: 453kcal Protein 36g INGREDIENTS 1 egg 60ml skimmed milk 1 shot coffee 2 slices wholewheat bread 120g 2% fage Greek yoghurt 10g Vanilla whey protein Cocoa powder 1 tsp Agave A few sq**rts of Fry light METHOD Mix together the egg, coffee and milk, add the bread and let it soak until it has absorbed most of the liquid. Heat your saucepan up with a few sq**rt of fry light and add the soaked bread. Pour any excess liquid over the bread. Cook until brown, flip bread over and repeat. Mix the Greek yoghurt with your whey protein and layer up your French toast with Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
