Calling global students!
You can now practice live with me via Zoom on a Wednesday evening UK GBT, at 6.30pm. The class is pay what you feel/can - if that's nothing at the moment just let me know and your class is on me.
You can send your contribution via PayPal to [email protected] and you'll receive your class invite about an hour before.
The class will be a power flow but there are options for all levels - it means everything to have your faces light up my living room! Hope to see you soon.

Your contribution funded the equivalent of the following gifts:

π 7x 1 hour new home training workshops for a total of 35 homeless people, to develop skills to help manage new tenancies
π 7x two day interview skills workshops; CV writing and interview skill building to help a homeless person improve their employability
π 1x term of literacy classes
π 1x term of IT classes to develop skills for work and build confidence
π 1x set of 6 counselling sessions providing mental health support
π 3x Eye tests and glasses for someone whoβs been sleeping rough
π 5x personal health essentials packs including toothbrush, toothpaste and sanitary products
Thank you so much for bringing this project to life, Β£1,280 raised plus so many more bloody wonderful feels.

Yogis!
Since I starting my teaching journey, Iβve been really blown away by the way you, my students, have talked about the transformations you have experienced through dedication to a yoga practice, whether that be mentally/physically and the rest! And Iβve been wondering for a while, how I could combine the love you all have for the physical practice, with the power that we know it holds for change - to begin making some big shifts in the parts of our communities that need it the most.
And so, on Sunday 9th June, Iβm launching a charity driven yoga project called βbe the changeβ, which welcomes you to come make a difference by dedicating your time, physical yoga practice and intention all back to a greater cause than yourself.
I will be teaching 75 minutes of yoga which will be followed by treats/snacks for you to enjoy whilst connecting with other people in our London community, and for June we will be supporting London homelessness by donating our energy and proceeds to Crisis. For future events I invite you to suggest how we could make an impact with our donation in the communities that each of you are a part of β because there are so many world challenges where we could begin to make a difference.
