Tonight we wrap up 6 weeks of stick attack defense training — and this is the one you don’t want to miss.

We didn’t just collect techniques.We built a system that goes from technical understanding → real-world application.

⚡ From awareness and prevention…⚡ To intercepting the draw and controlling the setup…⚡ To applying the core principle: shorten the distance, control the person, control the weapon

How do you deal with a long-distance regular kick?

In this video, we show one effective option: the Krav Maga stop kick.

🛡️ Self-Defense Insight of the Day 🛡️

One of the most important pre-attack cues to recognize is when someone reaches toward a pocket, waistband, or any area where something could be concealed. This motion is rarely random — and picking up on it early can give you precious seconds to react.

👀 What to Watch For:
• A sudden hand movement toward a pocket, belt line, or bag
• A shift in body angle, often turning one side away from you
• Tension in the shoulders or arms
• Eyes briefly dropping to the area they’re reaching toward

🔺 A Key Visual Cue — The Triangle:
When someone reaches for an object in their pocket or behind their waist, their arm almost always forms a triangle between the arm, the forearm, and the side of the body.
This triangular shape is very hard to avoid when reaching for something concealed — which makes it a reliable early-warning sign.

⚠️ What It Might Mean:
They could be preparing to pull out a tool, object, or weapon — even an improvised one.

🧠 Your Response Priorities:
1. Create distance immediately — space keeps you safer.
2. Move offline, not straight back, to avoid the line of action.
3. Use your voice to interrupt their intent and draw attention.
4. Scan for exits and prepare to disengage.
5. If trained, rely on your practiced principles — but remember, awareness and escape always come first.

👊 Train your eyes to catch the cue before the object appears.
Early recognition is your greatest advantage.
