Join us every Friday at 11:15am for a gentle, welcoming class to reconnect with your body, rebuild strength and enjoy some precious time for yourself and your baby.

We welcome Adél Bálint facilitating ProDance class next week 🧡

26th-29th October
10:30am-12pm

Join us at TripSpace for a ProDance class with Adél Bálint, professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, whose career includes performances with Szeged Contemporary Dance Company, Pécs Ballet, Győr Ballet Company, Hofesh Shechter Company and eight years with Rambert Dance Company.

Drawing on her experience as both a performer and choreographer, Adél’s teaching brings together technical awareness, musicality, improvisation and creative exploration.

In this class, we’ll explore fluidity and ease of movement through guided improvisation, creative tasks and movement explorations. We’ll experiment with rhythm, musicality and dynamics, discover new ways of moving, and work with longer movement phrases and choreography.

This is an opportunity to approach movement with curiosity and openness, connect with your body, expand your movement vocabulary and develop your own artistic expression in a supportive environment.

From YTT graduate to TripSpace teacher! 🧡

One of the things that makes us most proud is seeing our Yoga Teacher Training graduates join the TripSpace teaching team sharing their knowledge and passion with our community.

Elisa and Reetz are two of our graduates who now regularly teach at TripSpace, and we’re so happy to have them with us!

As the days grow darker and colder, it can be tempting to stay cosy under the duvet. But what better way to start your day than by joining us for an early morning practice and give yourself a little time to move, breathe and connect before the day begins.

Let’s keep showing up for ourselves, whatever the weather. And if you see Elisa or Reetz on the mat, give them a little extra love... there’s something truly special about seeing our graduates grow into teachers and share their practice with our community.

Camilla Curiel will be leading ProDance Class next week

10:30am-12pm

Camilla’s classes are energetic, expressive, and full of joy. Blending improvisation, instant composition, and dynamic movement phrases, each session invites participants to explore creativity through both body and imagination.

Using imagery and emotion as a starting point, the classes encourage playful exploration, while collaborative composition tasks foster connection and collective creativity. Floorwork and release-based techniques are woven into movement sequences that challenge the body to generate energy, adaptability, and flow.

The focus is on cultivating both physical vitality and creative curiosity in a supportive environment where playfulness, experimentation, and a willingness to explore are celebrated.

Each class offers a slightly different experience while returning to a set of core principles, allowing participants to deepen their practice, discover new possibilities, and continue evolving from week to week.

A LITTLE LOVE FOR OUR AMAZING COVER TEACHERS! 🧡

At TripSpace, we’re so grateful for the wonderful teachers who step in to cover classes when our regular teachers take a well-deserved break, recover from illness, go on retreat or continue their own learning.

Covering a class is such a generous act. It takes flexibility, care and a willingness to step into an existing community and make it your own. Each of our cover teachers brings something unique, sharing their experience, personality and passion while creating space for you to move, breathe and connect.

And for you, our students, it’s a lovely opportunity to try something different!
A new teacher might introduce you to a fresh perspective, a different approach to your practice or even a new favourite class. Staying curious and exploring different teaching styles can be a wonderful way to keep your practice evolving.

A huge thank you to our most recent cover teachers: Shimon, Darren, Julia, Tavares, Kester, Faye Ingrid, Francesca, Reya, Josh and Catherine. Thank you for your generosity, your time and all the care you bring to the TripSpace community. We’re so happy to have you as part of it.

She is back!! 🧡

Hannah Thomas will be facilitating ProClass nest week.
12th-15th October
10:30am-12pm

This class will explore all things floorwork; from the gooey, melty improvisations to the highly exhilarating, ‘let the rhythm of the music take you for a ride’ phrase work. Hannah facilitates a friendly space for participants to explore with ease and encourages this through the use of music and individual feedback where possible. Expect a bubbly class, a spicy playlist and a lot of adrenaline.
