Beginners Welcome! Ju Jitsu incorporates strikes, kicks, throws, pins/holds, joint locks, chokes/strangles and the use of pressure points. Ju Jitsu teaches using an opponent's attacking force and direction against them. Attackers are overcome emphasizing technique as opposed to ju
