“Superman” exercise is for all fitness levels. It targets your lower back muscles, glutes, hamstrings and abs.

We can make the exercise more challenging by adding
10 baby pulses and static holds for 10 seconds 🙃

The ‘Hundred’ is a great warm-up exercise which works your abdominal muscles and helps circulate oxygenated blood to all your muscles.

Although this exercise is a “basic” one, I was really struggling with it at the beginning. It took me awhile to get it right. I hope these tips will help someone who is at the beginning of their amazing Pilates journey.
