With a heavy emphasis on using an opponent's size and momentum against them, Jitsu is suitable for anyone; irrespective of age, strength, weight or gender. Jitsu will help to develop your self confidence and physical fitness (including increased strength, stamina, flexility and core strength) and it's also a great way of meeting new people. Beginners are welcome all year around (all you need to start are some loose, comfortable clothing e.g. tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt) plus your first session is free so come down and try it out.
