🔥RDL’s

There are many great exercises you can do for your extensor chain however this is by far one of the best. It’s an amazing hinge movement that fires the hamstrings and the glutes. There’s some conflicting opinions about the conventional deadlift and it’s purpose in hypertrophy training as it triggers lower and upper body which makes it difficult to put into a PPL program. RDL’s have a place in a bodybuilding program “Quite simply leg day.” The exercise is also great for mobility of the extension chain.

🔥Carb Cycling 🔥 When you are leaning out you are obviously reducing your calories and cycling your carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are best consumed pre and post workout. Progressive overload🔥

To grow and increase intensity you need to progressively overload.

The variable you can use are

- Frequency
- Load
- Volume
- TUT “ time under tension”

Me personally I prefer to increase Load as volume tends to cause me injuries.
