Most gals come alone 💜🩷💚

If turning up to a game where you don’t know anyone feels scary, you’re in very good company. Most of our gals walked onto the pitch for the first time not knowing a single person.

Here’s how we make it feel less nerve-wracking 👇

📱 You’re added to the group chat before your first game, so you’ll know a few faces before you’ve laced up
👋 Our Vibe Protectors are there to welcome you and make sure you’re never stood on your own
⚽ We kick off with intros and ice breakers, so five minutes in you’re part of the gang
🍻 Then we head to the pub, so next week you’re not new anymore

No experience needed, no scores, just a really nice bunch of people running about and having a laugh.

Come alone, leave with a team 🫶

85 games across the UK and Ireland, Monday to Thursday. Find yours at the link in bio.

It’s play-off week 🏆🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
England, Scotland and Wales are all in the World Cup games right now, playing for a spot at the 2027 World Cup in Brazil 😎😎😎😎

We’re dreaming up a holiday to Brazil next year! Who else is manifesting this with us??

Gals FC is a place to play a little football, make a lot of friends, and laugh a lot along the way. No pressure, no judgement, just good vibes, plenty of encouragement and usually a few chaotic moments too.

If you’ve ever thought about giving football a go but felt nervous, this is your sign gal!!

3 years of Gals FC Brighton! 💗💚

Our first community outside London, Brighton holds a special place in our hearts. This weekend, the gals celebrated three years of football, friendship and everything they’ve built together.

We now have three clubs up and running in Brighton, full of lovely gals who are building something special, on and off the pitch.

A massive shoutout to our amazing Brighton VPs: Alice, Sarah, Orla, Popsy, Holly and Ange! Thank you for making people feel welcome and keeping these communities going week after week.

To every gal who’s turned up, welcomed someone new or stayed for a post-football chat: you’ve helped make Brighton what it is.

And finally, a huge thank you to the amazing Natasha Carey for organising the party and making the day so special. We love seeing the gals together on the beach! Hot stuff 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Here’s to many more! 💗💚

🌳”The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.”🪏

We started Gals FC because we were bored of our daily lives. We were craving LOLs, a fun run around and a way to meet new people. We needed community, and football was how we decided to build it.

It started in London and now we run 82 football sessions in 62 towns and cities across the UK. Our members join because they need something else in their lives too.

If you’ve been thinking it might be time to start your next thing, this is your sign that the second best time is now. Drop us a message, we’re ready to welcome you with open arms 🩷 💚
