Athletically inspired running workouts in the beautiful surrounds of Richmond and it's fantastic training terrain. All fitness / speed levels welcome. This isn't a long run, it's a short sharp workout that will help improve your longer runs, or just a fun effective way to get more bang for your buck than your standard Sunday trot.
* Improve speed over distance
* Improve your running form
* Build the necessary strength and skill to run efficiently and not break down with injury
* All of the above plus some top notch coffee and treats afterwards with our good mates coffee who make a mean coffee 👌

MEET : 9:45am Sunday , class starts at 10am.
Thames visitor centre boat (see map above) where you can leave your valuables

£5 drop in class

Sessions typically last 1 hr and we will properly warm you up, work on form drills and then get into our work.

All sessions overseen by our experienced run coach Simon from .

Bag spins , a good bang for your buck exercise. 1 there's skill involved 2 it's an open ended exercise , so it drives your heart rate up and 3 it smashes your core/ increases your grip strength and helps to develop good posture.
