Pilates Allstars

Pilates Allstars is a Pilates system for children of all ages.

By creating 3 different age groups that reflect the different developmental phases of children, we use stories and themes to create a fun experience that children love to be part of. With custom made soundtracks and a full support package that includes clothing and merchandise, Pilates Allstars get children into the exercise habit from an early age. This system also teaches self-respect, team work, social consciousness and how to be confident in social situations.
