Very common question, specially from my new clients.
So, what is strength training?
Strength training is also known as weight training, resistance training, and muscular training.
The general definition of strength training is any physical movement in which you use your body weight or equipment (e.g., dumbbells and resistance bands) to build muscle mass, strength, and endurance.
Benefits:
* It keeps your bones strong and healthy.
* It staves off disease.
* It boosts metabolism and fat loss.
* It regulates insulin and lowers inflammation.
* It improves posture, sleep, mood and energy levels.
* It improves strength and endurance.
Summary:
Strength training is any type of exercise that involves your own body weight or equipment to build muscle mass, endurance, and strength. There are many types of strength training, such as bodyweight exercises, lifting weights, or circuit training.

Why do you workout?
What your training is focus on? Have you find your reason “why” yet? 💭
This question is pops out a lot. Any of us have their own reason “why”. 💭
Can be anything really. Some of us want to get toned, some want to grow muscles, lose weight, but someone of us is doing this for ourselves.
Yesterday during one of my consultations when I asked my client “ what’s your goal” she said “ I just want to feel more comfortable that I am now”. How simple and pretty this is 😍
Finding the reason will helps us working towards our goals and finding motivation will be easier.
